What is Meta-Noetics?

Meta-noetics is an emergent approach that aims to integrate perspectives from:

psychotherapy
coaching
traditional astrology - hellenistic (greek) & vedic (indian)
transgenerational trauma theory
All through a systemic perspective that uses Transactional Analysis and looks at the human psyche as interacting & sometimes conflicting parts
And through a intercultural perspective, that looks at how different regional cultures shape us

- In training in the Relational Psychotherapy (Transactional Analysis) with Nicoleta Gheorghe, TSTA

- Specialized in Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy

- Specialized in Systemic Coaching

- Competencies in using Bodywork techniques in Psychotherapy

- Competencies in using Typology (Socionics & Jungian cognitive functions) in Psychotherapy

- Bilingual English Proficiency (8.5/9 in IELTS)

- Spent over 5 years studying & working in the UK (Manchester & London)

- I offer 2 initial sessions of 60 minutes, out of which 1 is free – to establish the client-therapist working relationship and therapeutic contract

- I work in either 60 or 90 minute sessions, depending on the client’s needs

- Available in person, in Bucharest (Universitate area, central)

- Available online via Zoom/Skype
